The 6 inch multi touch IPS LCD display features 1280 x 720 pixels HD resolution, but due to large display size, the pixel density remains constrained at 245 pixels per inches. At the heart of the device, you will find a 2 GHz Intel Atom Z2580 dual core chipset (same one which we saw in Lenovo k900 last year). The chipset is further aided by ample 2 GB RAM and PowerVR SGX 544 MP2 GPU. Internal storage is 16 GB and can be further expanded to 64 GB using MicroSD card support. The primary rear camera incorporates a 13 MP shooter with LED flash support and a 2 MP front camera is also present for video calling and selfies. Software is Android 4.3 jelly bean and this is upgradeable to Android 4.4 Kitkat. Battery capacity is also pretty decent at 3300 mAh and connectivity options include 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. Asus has provided with a decent 6 inch phablet which is expected to give great Android experience. Zenfone 6 doesn’t have many 6 inch display competitor in this price range and this will work in its favour. However, Octa core Phablets like Intex Aqua Octa and Panasonic P81 will give it a good fight.
