LG Televisions in Europe
Not only in the USA, but LG is also on a spree to capture more and more praise across Europe. Some of the top influential Tech Media of Europe have given a lot of praise and positive reviews to the LG Signature OLED TV W. France based Les Numeriques, UK based What Hi-Fi, Stuff Magazine, and Germany based Audio Video Foto-Bild are some of the top magazines who have given good scores to the LG Signature OLED TV W.
LG Electronics and the premium TV market
As clearly implicated by the immensely positive reviews and results of Consumer Report, LG is now the top player in the Premium TV market. The global premium TV market includes the televisions which cost more than $2,500. LG Electronics’ TV business branch, HE Division has managed to capture 40.8% share in the premium television market. According to Market Analytics by IHS, 2,18,000 LG OLED TVs were sold in the first quarter of 2017, which is 86% more than the units sold last year in the same quarter. The top spot in premium TV market was earlier held by Samsung, which had 54.7% of the share. So with these numbers and increasingly positive reviews, we can safely say that LG is now the preferred brand when it comes to the premium television market.
